At Ritva Fashion, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Overview
Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.
If 3 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- The item must be in original condition with original packaging and tags intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
(An unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened) - Size issues
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made / made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the 3-day return window
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are eligible for return only if:
- The product is damaged
- A wrong item was delivered
- There is a verified size issue
All other sale item returns will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Email us at support@ritvafashion.com within 3 days of delivery
- Share your:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear images/videos (mandatory for damaged or wrong items)
- Our team will review your request and respond with next steps
- Returns sent without approval may not be accepted
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method only
- Store credit is not provided
Refund processing time:

Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenโt received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your payment provider or bank (processing times may vary)

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.
Cancellation Policy (Related)
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipping
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 business days
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
- Ritva Fashion is not responsible for lost return shipments
